Where our site contains links to other site(s) these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the content of those sites and resources - we recommend you check the privacy policy and Ts and Cs for the relevant sites if you visit them to ensure your information is protected.
BUYING FROM US
Sales of each issue are subject to availability. If we run out of any issues we will display this information clearly on our website.
The prices of products are as listed on our site.
We reserve the right to increase the price of any of our products at any time.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices we display are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the product(s) you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling your order.
On our website, we accept payment via PayPal or card payments processed by Wix Payments. If you order from us direct you may pay by BACS transfer or by cheque.
We require payment for all orders in advance, unless explicitly stated.
DELIVERY
Magazines and prints will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class post in an environmentally friendly, padded paper envelope. We aim to ship your order the next working day. From the dispatch date please allow up to 7 days for delivery in the UK, 14 days for delivery in Europe and 21 days for the rest of the world.
We will notify you to confirm we have received your order and also when we are shipping it to you.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you have received a damaged copy please return it to us (in the original packaging if possible) within 10 days of receipt. We will send you a replacement copy as soon as we receive it back from you. We will refund you the cost of posting to us. Missing issues will only be replaced if claimed within 3 weeks (UK) or 6 weeks for overseas copies.
If you have ordered an issue which has run out we will offer you a different issue instead or if you prefer, you may receive a refund which will be processed immediately.
These terms may be updated as we continue to develop our website and business.
