This page sets out the terms and conditions by which users may use and access our website http://www.friendsontheshelf.co.uk and the terms that apply to the purchase of items from our online shop, or directly from Friends On The Shelf (ordered by email, by writing to us or by telephone.)
This site is owned and operated by Friends On The Shelf (Rachel Swann and Victoria Fullick), also known as FOTS. Our office is 93, Cranley Gardens, London N10 3AD.

By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms and that you agree to abide by them.
The copyright to all content of this site is held either by FOTS or by the individual contributors to the magazine, and none of the material may be downloaded, copied or used elsewhere without written permission.
BUYING FROM US
Issue 1, 2 and 3: are subject to availability.
Prints from Printshop: please note that these are often limited in number so may sell out.
The prices of products are as listed on our site.
We reserve the right to increase the price of any of our products at any time.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices we display are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the product(s) you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling your order.
On our website we accept payment via PayPal or card payments processed by Wix Payments. If you order from us direct you may pay by BACS transfer or by cheque.
We require payment for all orders in advance, unless explicitly stated.
Magazines and prints will be sent by Royal Mail first class post in a sturdy recycled cardboard envelope. We aim to ship your order the next working day. For Special issues, please allow 5 working days. From the dispatch date please allow up to 7 days for delivery in the UK,14 days for delivery in Europe and 21 days for the rest of the world.
Important notice. Due to current circumstances caused by Covid-19, deliveries may be delayed, both to destinations in the UK and overseas.
We will notify you to confirm we have received your order and also when we are shipping it to you.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you have received a damaged copy please return it to us (in the original packaging if possible) within 10 days of receipt. We will send you a replacement copy as soon as we receive it back from you. We will refund you the cost of posting to us. Missing issues will only be replaced if claimed within 3 weeks (UK) or 6 weeks for overseas copies.
Important notice. Due to Covid-19 at the time of writing, these times may be affected - we will make allowances for this and ask customers if they could do the same. Thank you very much.
If you have ordered an issue which has run out we will offer you a different issue instead or if you prefer, you may receive a refund which will be processed immediately.
NB If we run out of any issue we will display this information clearly on our website.
We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time.
These terms may be updated as we continue to develop our website and business.
