I worked for many years as a writers’ agent and in the development of TV comedy. In 2019 I embarked on a new challenge with Friends On The Shelf, bringing to it my experience of writing, reading and editing scripts, and nurturing new talent.
VICK FULLICK
Designer
I am a graphic designer and letterpress printer working from home in London. I divide my time between the computer screen and my letterpress print workshop, housing Adana presses, cases of type and a small treadle press. I print cards, invitations and small books.
JULIA LASICA
Assistant Editor
I am of Ukrainian-Polish descent and lived in Kyiv until I was four-years-old before relocating with my parents to the UK. I'm a recent Cambridge English graduate and now write and teach. I recently joined The Idler magazine as their assistant.
DAMIAN KELLEHER
Editorial Consultant
I began my career as an advertising copywriter, before moving into journalism and children’s publishing. For the past 15 years, I've worked as an author, editor, and creative consultant on The Reading Agency's annual Summer Reading Challenge in libraries.

I work as an illustrator from a smart new shed at the bottom of my garden in the picturesque borough of Hackney. Some of my work can be seen at childrensillustrators.com

With a background in graphic design, banking and teaching I have a broad range of experience. When I recently retired from teaching, Rachel and Vick asked if I had time to help out. Because I love organising and making lists I have enjoyed being part of the team.

I am a graphic designer and have been working as a design department director for the last 15 years at a brand innovation agency. I have a love of branding and all things typographic, and have enjoyed being part of the team on the last few issues of FOTS.
CHRISSIE NICHOLLS
Calligrapher & Illustrator
In the planning stages of the magazine, I helped with planning and strategy. As a pen & ink artist, calligrapher and illustrator, I also contribute illustrations for articles, illustrated diary pieces and I calligraph all the bookplates for the Special Issues. inkpotandpen.com.
