If you have received a damaged copy, please return it to us (in the original packaging if possible) within 10 days of receipt and we will send you a replacement copy as soon as we receive it back from you. We will refund you the cost of posting it to us.
Friends On The Shelf is sent to you by Royal Mail First Class post. We will aim to ship it within 2 working days, unless it is a Special Issue, in which case, please allow up to 7 working days. From the dispatch date, please allow up to 7 days for delivery in the UK, 14 days for delivery in Europe and 21 days for the rest of the world. NB Covid-19 may affect our normal delivery times.
